2. Authorization

I, hereby authorize Rent A Ferrari, of 24 Market Street, 2nd Floor, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663, to procure a consumer report which I understand may include information regarding my credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living. This report may be compiled with information from credit bureaus, courts record repositories, departments of motor vehicles, or any other source required to verify information that I have voluntarily supplied. I understand that I may request a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of the background verification, to the extent such investigation includes information bearing on my character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living.

Cancellation Policy - I understand that when I make a reservation, Rent A Ferrari may authorize my credit card up to the total rental cost of the rental. I understand that if I cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours after making a reservation, I will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I further understandthat if I cancel or reschedule less than 7 days prior to my rental or are not present at the time of my rental ("no show"), I will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
